Direction issued by the Commission	These proceedings shall be read in continuation of the earlier proceedings of the Commission dated 5.10.2011. On 5.10.2011 the Commission observed and ordered: Let a copy of the complaint filed by Sh. Lenin Raghuvanshi along with the affidavit be sent to the District Magistrate, Varanasi with the direction to cause an enquiry by an officer subordinate to him under the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976and submit report within six weeks.
