Respected Madam, 

I, Upendra Kumar have submitted complaint to commission on basis of published news in Dainik Bhaskar daily newspaper of Dhanbad, Jharkhand - India, on dated 23 October, 2013 that "झपट्टा मार मिड डे मील खा रहे सूअर, बच्चे रह जा रहे भूखे".

We would like to draw kind attention on this newscast. The students (Children)of Nav primary school, Kurmidih, Ranchi Tola, Bokaro (Jharkhand) are unsecured for Mid Day Meal scheme, They are in danger zone of diseases. Dirty pigs moved surrounding in school and to attack suddenly on food of student's mid day meal. The administration denied to say any thing on these miserable conditions, because of no boundary wall of school. 

The open land mark of school forcibly occupied by the local people. And administration of education department & district administration have closed their eyes on this situation. 

The Children (students) of primary school are helpless & forced to eat MID DAY MEAL with pigs and in miserable condition.

Therefore it is a kind request please take action to save life of children of school and to take appropriate action on responsible public servant & school administration.

झपट्टा मार मिड डे मील खा रहे सूअर, बच्चे रह जा रहे भूखे

बोकारो त्न कुर्मीडीह के रांची टोले में स्थित नव प्राथमिक विद्यालय के बच्चों को असुरक्षित परिस्थितियों में मध्याह्न भोजन खिलाया जाता है। वे जैसे ही खाने बैठते हैं, सूअरों का झुंड पहुंच जाता है। बच्चे डर से अपने खाने का एक हिस्सा उनकी ओर बढ़ा देते हैं। सूअरों से बच्चों को शारीरिक नुकसान का तो खतरा है ही, संक्रामक बीमारियों की चपेट में आने की आशंका भी है। दरअसल, स्कूल में बाउंड्रीवॉल ही नहीं है। स्कूल बिल्डिंग के ठीक पीछे की जमीन पर अतिक्रमण कर स्थानीय लोगों ने सूअरों का बसेरा बना दिया है। पूछने पर जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक पीबी शाही कहते हैं कि उन्हें स्कूल की इस स्थिति की जानकारी ही नहीं है। उन्होंने वहां जल्द बाउंड्रीवॉल बनवाने का आश्वासन दिया।  फोटो त्न हेमंत कुमार
