Respected Sir, 

I, Upendra Kumar have send complaint to commission on basis of published news in Dainik Bhaskar daily newspaper of Dhanbad, Jharkhand - India, on dated 24th October, 2013 that "जेल में कैदी की मौत ". 

We would like to draw kind attention on this newscast that the killing of prisoner in jail at Dhanbad Jail, Jharkhand.
