शिक्षक ने किया बच्ची से दुष्कर्र्म छपरा त्न सारण जिला मुख्यालय छपरा के भगवान बाजार थाना क्षेत्र स्थित होटल में एक शिक्षक के 16 वर्षीय एक बालिका के साथ दुष्कर्म करने का मामला सामने आया है। पुलिस सूत्रों ने बुधवार को बताया कि मढौरा थाना के बहुआरा पट्टीगांव स्थित राजगांव उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय का शिक्षक ललतेश्वर राम पिछले 17 अक्टूबर को बाइक से अपनी भाभी के साथ किसी काम से नगरा थाना क्षेत्र के नगरा बाजार आया था। जहां बहुआरा पट्टी गांव की 16 वर्षीय एक बालिका से उसकी मुलाकात हुई, जो छपरा में किसी चिकित्सक यहां आ रही थी। पुलिस के अनुसार शिक्षक ललतेश्वर राम ने अपनी भाभी को नगरा बाजार में छोड़ दिया और बालिका को लेकर छपरा आया। सूत्रों ने बताया कि शिक्षक बालिका को लेकर भगवान बाजार थाना क्षेत्र स्थित एक होटल में यह कह कर रुका कि वह पत्नी के साथ यहां आया है। शिक्षक होटल के एक कमरे में बच्ची के साथ ठहरा और उसने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। बच्ची के बयान पर मंगलवार की देर रात भगवान बाजार थाना में शिक्षक ललतेश्वर राम के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। मेडिकल जांच में बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म की पुष्टि हो गई है।  पुलिस फरार शिक्षक की गिरफ्तारी के लिए छापेमारी कर रही है।

१० वर्षीय नाबालिग के साथ दुष्कर्म, आरोपी गिरफ्तार 
बेतिया त्न पश्चिम चंपारण जिले के नौतन थाना क्षेत्र के नौतन उच्च विद्यालय के निकट एक नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ दुष्कर्म के आरोप में पुलिस ने मंगलवार को रात आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस सूत्रांे ने बुधवार को बताया कि नौतन बाजार की रहने वाली एक 10 वर्षीय बच्ची जब घर में अकेली थी, तभी पड़ोस के एक युवक ने उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया। इस सिलसिले में परिजनों के बयान पर संबंधित थाना में एक नामजद प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई। सूत्रों ने बताया कि पुलिस ने तत्काल कार्रवाई करते हुए 25 वर्षीय आरोपी एजाज उर्फ आजम मियां को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। बच्ची को मेडिकल जांच के लिए एमजेके अस्पताल बेतियां भेजा गया है।

जेल आईजी करेंगे जांच : मुख्यमंत्री

> हाजीपुर जेल में कैदी की गला दबाकर हत्या : रिपोर्ट  > जेल आईजी ने दिए जांच के निर्देश  > पत्नी की हत्या मामले में सजायाफ्ता कैदी था रामबालक राम  भास्कर न्यूजत्न पटना  हाजीपुर जेल में बंद सजायाफ्ता कैदी की गला दबाकर हत्या किए जाने की खबर मिलने के बाद मंगलवार को कैदियों ने जमकर हंगामा किया। कैदियों के दो गुट आपस में भिड़ गए, जिसमें आधा दर्जन से ज्यादा कैदी घायल हो गए। गंभीर रूप से घायल चितरंजन शर्मा उर्फ चीता शर्मा और अनिल शर्मा को पीएमसीएच भेजा गया है। कैदियों के हंगामे को देखते हुए वैशाली के जिलाधिकारी जितेन्द्र श्रीवास्तव और एसपी सुरेश चौधरी जेल पहुंचे और कैदियों को समझाने का प्रयास किया। करीब पांच घंटे हंगामे के बाद दोपहर में मामला शांत हुआ। इस मामले में जेल आईजी आनंद किशोर ने जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। जिले के एसपी सुरेश चौधरी ने बताया कि कैदी के मौत के मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई जाएगी।  मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने हाजीपुर मंडल कारा में कैदियों के दो गुटों में हुई झड़प को गंभीरता से लिया है। उन्होंने जेल आईजी को इस मामले में जांच का निर्देश दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने जेल आईजी को कहा है कि वे घटनास्थल जाकर स्वयं मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें। उन्हें जल्द से जल्द कार्रवाई से अवगत कराने का निर्देश मिला है। मुख्यमंत्री के आदेश पर जेल आईजी ने मंगलवार को हाजीपुर मंडल कारा पहुंच घटना की जांच की।  मंडलकारा हाजीपुर के सामने मुश्तैद पुलिस के जवान।  क्या है मामला : जेल के वार्ड नंबर तीन में बंद सजायाफ्ता कैदी रामबालक राम की संदिग्ध अवस्था में सोमवार की सुबह मौत हो गई। कैदियों ने हत्या किए जाने का शक जाहिर करते हुए हंगामा किया। पोस्टमार्टम में प्रथम दृष्टया यह बात सामने आई की रामबालक राम की हत्या गला दबा कर की गई है। मंगलवार की सुबह जब अन्य कैदियों को जब इस बात की जानकारी मिली तो उन्होंने दोबारा हंगामा शुरू कर दिया।
