It highlight the case of Mr. Ram Lal, who was tortured in the police custody. Mr. Upendra Kumar took his testimony and provide psychological support. The testimony was used in the meta-legal process. The case is under the consideration of NHRC, New Delhi and its also sent a copy to PVCHR for inviting its comment.
